Tariff 595 position codes identify the type of service on each invoice. Using the wrong code is one of the most frequent reasons for claim rejection by Swiss insurers.

Common Code Errors
- Using a membership code (1001–1003) for a single session - If the client paid per session, use 1010–1012 or 1020–1022, not a subscription code.
- Wrong code for session duration - Make sure the code matches the actual session length (45, 60 or 90 min).
- Using 9999 without a clear description - This catch-all code always requires an explicit description of the service provided.
- Group class code for individual session - Personal training must use 1020–1022, not group class codes.
